Public Speaking Zone (PSZ) is an online platform designed to enhance communication skills for personal and professional development. By subscribing, you will gain access to pre-recorded video courses, live practice sessions, and one-on-one coaching with experienced PSZ trainers.
Subscription and Autorenewal:
All PSZ subscriptions are auto-renewed on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, depending on the plan you choose. By subscribing, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. Cancellations must occur through your account settings before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
Payment Terms:
All payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. Subscribers are required to provide accurate and current payment information. If payment is not received, access to the platform will be suspended until payment is processed.
Cancellation Policy:
Subscribers may cancel anytime through their account settings. If cancellation occurs within the first 14 days of the initial subscription, a full refund will be issued. After the 14-day window, no refunds will be provided, and you will maintain access until the end of your billing period.
Coupon Codes:
Coupon codes must be applied by the designated date. Coupon codes provide a one-time discount on the first payment only for the designated membership plan and billing cycle. Ownership of Content: All content provided in PSZ and by PSZ trainers, including but not limited to videos, supplemental worksheets, and downloadable resources, is the exclusive intellectual property of Public Speaking Zone, Inc. and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
Limited License: Subscribers are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.
Trainer Content: Any opinions or advice expressed during classes are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Public Speaking Zone, Inc. The company retains all rights to content created for PSZ.
Live Practice Sessions: Subscribers may participate in live practice sessions, which are moderated by PSZ trainers. These interactive sessions are designed to allow participants to apply their skills in real-time.
One-on-One Coaching: Subscribers may also schedule private coaching sessions with PSZ trainers. All scheduling of these sessions must be coordinated through the Public Speaking Zone team, which will arrange the sessions on behalf of the client. Trainers act as independent contractors and are responsible for managing their availability in coordination with the PSZ. Public Speaking Zone, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any issues related to the availability or conduct of trainers in these private sessions.
14-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of the initial subscription, a full refund will be issued. After the 14-day window, no refunds will be provided; however, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the PSZ platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding any legal principles that would require application of the laws of another jurisdiction. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you waive the right to pursue any claims in court, except for claims related to intellectual property rights.
Personal Use Only: Subscribers agree to use the PSZ platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing, distributing, or reselling any content provided by PSZ is prohibited without express written permission.
Prohibited Conduct: Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, inappropriate language, or unauthorized use of the platform, may result in termination of access without refund.
Account Security: Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any unauthorized use of an account must be reported immediately.
PSZ values your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
Public Speaking Zone, Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after such changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Public Speaking Zone, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the PSZ platform, including but not limited to the loss of data, business interruptions, or personal dissatisfaction.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions, proceedings, or disputes that may arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located within California, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
